Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open for a person of all ages
- If in case a registered member wants to cancel his/her booking. 20% booking amount will be deducted as cancellation fee and 80% will be refunded.
- Standard package includes AC to and from travel, Stay in AC dormitory which will be shared by 20 people.
- Member can choose to upgrade his / her stay to private room by paying a difference amount to organizer (Boomerang Events & Advertising)
- Alcohol / liquor consumption is not allowed in areas including but not limited to Bus / swimming pool / open ground / dormitory / activity area / parking / dining hall. Any member found under the influence of alcohol / liquor can be refused by the organizer / volunteer / resort staff to take part in including but not limited to group activities, Match screening.
- Members are supposed to follow instructions of activity in-charge / volunteer / resort staff during the event to ensure smooth conduct of the event.
- Any kind of misconduct / misbehave will not be tolerated and in such case respective actions will be taken against member.
- Any damage caused by member to resort / event organizer’s property will be chargeable to respective user. If a member fails to pay so, legal actions will be taken against respective member.
- In case of Minor’s participation in the event / activities, it is assumed by organizer that same is done after the consent and under the supervision of minor’s parent / guardian
- Organizer has right to cancel / modify schedule of the event.
- In case of Cancellation of the event due to organizer’s decision, full refund will be given to member.
- In case of any alteration / modification to the event by organizer, member will be informed in advance.
- If Minimum requirement to conduct the event is not met, event will be cancelled and in such case, member will get full refund of the booking amount paid.
- Organizer is not responsible of India v/s Pakistan ODI match at ICC Champions Trophy 2017 being delayed / cancelled / altered / abandoned.
- Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Declaration
By submitting the form, I hereby declare that I am physically fit to participate in this event and have attained all necessary physical examination by a registered medical practitioner. I acknowledge that participating in this event may carry some risk to my health. I release the organizers from any liability or any loss or injury which I may suffer while participating in the race. I have read and understood all the “RULES & REGULATIONS” and all the information provided by me in the registration form is correct. Further, I grant full permission to the organizer and all associated organizations to use all event material including but not limited to photographs and videotape for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation. I give Organizer the right to send me any communication (event, promotion, partners, etc.) via email, SMS, Phone call, Social media & any other channel.
